Good morning, Killer Bs! Are you ready to start your day with a nice, gentle, no jumping, all standing, no squatting and no beeping CARDIO workout? Me, too! This quick ten minute LOW IMPACT routine is the perfect start to a wonderful day.
Here are the FAST FACTS (which, by the way, are now easily visible on the thumbnail, so you can tell at a glance if this is the right workout for you): Level ONE | ALL standing, NO jumping, NO squats, NO beeping | BURNS 50 – 75 calories
In just ten minutes, we’re getting our heart rate gently elevated, our joints moving through their whole range of motion, and our brains and bodies awake! This low impact routine is simple enough to be a warm up for another workout, or sweaty enough to stand on its own.
