Here are the FAST FACTS:  ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment, NO repeat, LOW impact | MODERATE day | INCLUDES warm up and cool down

It’s DAY ONE of WALK Off the Weight for Women over 50, a 31-day program designed especially to help women in menopause to LOSE WEIGHT.

We’re starting things off today with a perfect POWER WALK 👟👟👟, including lots of low impact cardio moves for a JUST-RIGHT WORKOUT that includes an informative talk on weight loss and why pushing less is your best bet🂡 to reach your goals at a “certain age.”

This incredibly doable workout is the first in a series that may be different from any weight loss series you’ve done before🤸!  We’re all about MODERATION, and I’m throwing in a little bit of BALANCE WORK every day to help you increase your overall fitness.
