It’s Day 10 of the WALK Off the Weight for Women over 50 series, and we’re enjoying gentle toning and easy cardio today!

And you know what?  It is ENOUGH🤟!  We’re getting a lot of bang💥 for not a lot of buck🦌 with SIMPLE, EASY, and GENTLE exercises.  And of course there’s a bit of BALANCE thrown in just for fun!  (And maybe some grunting – but not too much!🙂)

It’s Day 10 of the WALK Off the Weight for Women over 50 series, and we’re enjoying gentle toning and easy cardio today!

Since WEIGHT LOSS is our focus👓 this month, we’re taking another step🦶 in the right direction with this great routine. We’re moving all parts of our body with complex moves, but we’re not going too fast⚡️ or lifting too heavy🏋️‍♀️.  

It’s perfect for women of a “certain age” who want to SCULPT, STRENGTHEN, and TONE at a completely doable pace.

Also?  We’re chatting about how to manage our minds during the WEIGHT LOSS journey and how to stop some of that monkey🙉 chatter that can distract us from REACHING OUR GOAL.

Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; we are “inchworm”ing our way through the exercises in pairs with rest between; complete the circuit twice.
