My friends, I donāt know about you, but for me STRETCHING has definitely been an acquired tasteš“, yet I canāt deny how amazingš I feel after a workout like this. And of course we all know how important these kinds of moves are to our body as we age.
Iāve grown to appreciate workouts that allow us to not only EXPAND OUR MUSCLESš¦µ, but to EXPAND OUR MINDš as well by changing things up.
In todayās workout, weāre improving FLEXIBILITY, increasing our RANGE OF MOTION, and maintaining our STRENGTH as we move gently from one exercise to another, with moderate walkingš in between. Itās active aging at its finest!
And although weāre using a chair, weāre getting bonus balanceā and brainš§ work, too. THIS is a great way to round out your exercise regimen as you move toward your WEIGHT LOSS goalš!

Interval timer is set for one minute; one interval of walking followed by two intervals of stretching (one on each side) using a chair for support; there is NO REST
