As you might already know, LOW IMPACT (no jumping) cardio workouts are totally my jam🍞, and today we’ve got a quick-moving, MODERATE routine that is a true smorgasbord🥘 of all my fun favorite moves!
We’re getting sweaty at a speed that’s manageable and leaves us with plenty of ENERGY at the end, not to mention a sense of real ACCOMPLISHMENT🏅!
During the workout, we’re chatting about how to create energy🔌 for yourself and why working on STAMINA, like we are today, is so important for HEALTHY AGING.
