Weāre moving along quickly today through MINI CIRCUITS of three exercises each. And even though itās a swiftšÆ pace, weāre doing each circuit three times in a row so that we can truly master the moves.
STANDING ABS work like this is crucial to healthy aging and working toward our WEIGHT LOSS goal. After all, we engage our abs every day and in every way! Workouts like this help us stay functionally fitšŖ for whatever comes our way as we chugš along into middle age (and beyond)! š
