Grab your MODERATE DUMBBELLS, or your light dumbbells, or nothing at all, and – like the old Burger King🍔 commercials – have it YOUR way!  No matter how you get this one done, there’s lots of benefit to be had from slow and controlled work like this that builds the brain-body🧠connection along with strong muscles💪 .

The longer one-minute intervals allow us to really concentrate on proper form, and I’ve got plenty of tips📋 for how to MINIMIZE INJURY while we’re working our moderate way toward permanent and sustainable WEIGHT LOSS!
