Grab your MODERATE DUMBBELLS, or your light dumbbells, or nothing at all, and – like the old Burger KingšŸ” commercials – have it YOUR way!  No matter how you get this one done, there’s lots of benefit to be had from slow and controlled work like this that builds the brain-body🧠connection along with strong musclesšŸ’Ŗ .

The longer one-minute intervals allow us to really concentrate on proper form, and I’ve got plenty of tipsšŸ“‹ for how to MINIMIZE INJURY while we’re working our moderate way toward permanent and sustainable WEIGHT LOSS!
