It’s Day 24 of the WALK Off the Weight series for women over 50, where we’re working all month to get in shape and reach our WEIGHT LOSS goalšŸ†!

Today’s workout features a wonderful recipe🄣 for greater overall fitness with a workout that combines a tad of WALKING, a dash of LOW IMPACT CARDIO, and just a pinch of STANDING ABS!  It’s like a perfect ā€œcasseroleā€ of brain/body 🧠/šŸ§šŸ»ā€ā™€ļøconnection work!

My friends, we’re serving up fast-moving triplets today that feature walkingšŸš¶šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø, a low impact cardiošŸ’› move, and a standingšŸ§šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø ab exercise. The moves are challenging, but highly doable. And did I mention that we’re having FUNšŸŽŠ?

While we’re WALKING today, we’re chatting about how this basic exercise can form the foundation of an effective exercise regimen (it did for me!).  I share how my fitness journey gave me an understanding of realistic FITNESS RESULTS I could expect with walking, and the keyšŸ”‘ ingredient to effective WEIGHT LOSS.
