Todayās workout features a wonderful recipeš„£ for greater overall fitness with a workout that combines a tad of WALKING, a dash of LOW IMPACT CARDIO, and just a pinch of STANDING ABS! Itās like a perfect ācasseroleā of brain/body š§ /š§š»āāļøconnection work!
My friends, weāre serving up fast-moving triplets today that feature walkingš¶š»āāļø, a low impact cardioš move, and a standingš§š¼āāļø ab exercise. The moves are challenging, but highly doable. And did I mention that weāre having FUNš?
While weāre WALKING today, weāre chatting about how this basic exercise can form the foundation of an effective exercise regimen (it did for me!). I share how my fitness journey gave me an understanding of realistic FITNESS RESULTS I could expect with walking, and the keyš ingredient to effective WEIGHT LOSS.
