Killer Bs🐝, we’re over three weeks into this series, and today I have a TREAT FOR YOU:  it’s time to start seeing the fruits🍎🍋🍉 of your labor! This workout is a little more strength-y, a little more balance-y than we’ve been doing, and you’re going to notice that it’s not as tough as everything was at the beginning of the month!

My friends, consistent practice is the way we make consistent improvements. And today’s UNIQUE and FAST-MOVING workout – with a little balance work⚖ thrown in, too – helps us all take a big step👣 forward toward our fitness and WEIGHT LOSS goal.

SET UP:
Timer is set for intervals of 30 seconds; we’re doing triplets that consist of (1) a cardio move done on one side of the body, (2) that same cardio move done on the other side of the body, and (3) a strength move; complete the entire circuit twice; there is NO REST

WARM UP

EXERCISES:

Triplet 1
Split Stance Forward Hinge Arm Flappers (one interval on each side)
Overhead Deadlifts

Triplet 2
Single Sided Toy Soldiers (one interval on each side)
Kicking Ys

Triplet 3
Split Stance Punch Up Punch Out (one interval on each side)
Squats

Triplet 4
Single Sided Ding Dongs (one interval on each side)
I, Y, W, Parade Rest

Triplet 5
Single Sided Booty Kicker Elbow Swings (one interval on each side)
