We’re using our lightest dumbbells (or empower yourself to go hands free👐) for a MODERATE routine, and while we’re exercising I’m dissecting a question I get frequently: How do you find “moderate?”

I’m sharing my own path🗺️ to answering this simple (but not easy!) question, and offering encouragement to finding your SWEET SPOT🍯 too!  Because, of course:  MODERATE exercise is an important component of WEIGHT LOSS over 50.

Timer is set for 30-second intervals; complete each mini circuit three times in a row, then a walking interval before moving on to the next; there is NO REST
