My friends, we are thiiissss close to being done with this series, and Iām particularly excited𤩠about this VERY SPECIAL WORKOUT. (I know! I say that about all of them!š) In the first half of the video, itās all cardio, all the timešand on the back half, weāre focusing on strength.
