Here are the FAST FACTS: ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment, NO squats or lunges | MODERATE day | INCLUDES warm up and cool down

It’s DAY 4 of the WALK Off the Weight for Women over 50 series, and moderation is key in this KNEE-FRIENDLY CARDIO workout that is just enough.

We’re working in “stepstools” today, which makes this workout move FAST💨 but will leave you with PLENTY OF ENERGY🌟 to go on with your day!  My friends, it’s a routine that builds🚧 on itself and includes another BALANCE-ENHANCING finisher.

My friends, these are 20-second intervals🕓 of a wide variety of moves that will work EVERY PART of your body, but don’t worry – when you work at a pace that’s moderate for YOU, it’s not too much.  You wanna make sure you’re ready for another workout🤸 tomorrow👍!
