It’s Day 5 of the WALK Off the Weight series, where we’ll be going back and forth between cardio and strength for a great TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!

It’s Day 5 of the WALK Off the Weight for Women over 50 series, where we’ll be going back and forth between cardio🧡 and strength💪 for a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT that’s perfect for women of a “certain age.”

My friends, this NO-REST, NO-REPEAT routine will strengthen your heart and your muscles for a great overall workout. We’re doing cardio intervals of 30 seconds🕓, followed by generous 90-second intervals of strength work. 

And even though the moves are complex, perfection isn’t required to GET RESULTS!👌

In fact, we’re chatting about how our quest to be perfect could actually be hampering us🤔, particularly in our WEIGHT LOSS efforts.

Interval timer is set for 30 seconds of cardio followed by 90 seconds of dumbbell strength exercises; there is NO REST.
