It’s Day 6 of the WALK Off the Weight for Women over 50 series, and we’re BOOSTING our WALK with a moderate workout that’s all about muscle endurance💪 with a lot of fun🥳 thrown in, too!

Here are the FAST FACTS: ALL standing, NO jumping | LIGHT dumbbells | MODERATE day | INCLUDES warm up and cool down

Today, we’re chatting about metabolism, heart rate, and how our body reacts when we have weights in our hands versus when we don’t.

We’re using LIGHT DUMBBELLS today and asking our body to do something a little bit different than usual.  We’re MIXING IT UP at a pace that we can sustain, along with holding something slightly heavy in our hands, and that’s where the MAGIC🎇 happens!

Timer is set for 20-second intervals; mini circuits of three exercises completed three times; circuits separated by a walking interval; there is NO REST.
