We’re using LIGHT DUMBBELLS today and asking our body to do something a little bit different than usual. We’re MIXING IT UP at a pace that we can sustain, along with holding something slightly heavy in our hands, and that’s where the MAGIC🎇 happens!
We’re chatting about METABOLISM, HEART RATE, and HOW OUR BODY REACTS when we have weights in our hands versus when we don’t.
