SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds of cardio and 10 seconds of walking; complete each exercise three times in a row before moving on; there is NO REST.

WARM UP

Wide Walking Stars
Swimming Frogs
Step Out Xs
Skiers
Twisting Kicks
Crossback Jacks
Butter Churns
