Our HEART and our MUSCLES (and our brain, our bones and virtually every other part of our body!) are all working together in this FULL BODY workout that’s just the right amount of challenge without being too much🤟.
Of course, there’s no jumping🦘 nor any transitions to the ground, so it’s a perfect way to GAIN FITNESS while LOSING WEIGHT!
