We’re tackling some of my favorite LOW IMPACT CARDIO exercises with the extra challenge of holding light weights.  There’s no jumping and no transitions to the ground, but we do have a terrific warm up and cool down in this efficient and effective workout.

SET UP:

Interval timer is set for 30 seconds; we’re moving through the list of exercises “inchworm”-style, doing exercise number one, then walking, then exercise number one plus two before walking, then two plus three, etc.; there is NO REST.

WARM UP

EXERCISES:

  • Squat Jacks
  • Punch Punch Kicks
  • Walking Stars
  • Big Arm Side Shuffles

FINISHER:
