Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; each mini circuit starts with WALKING, then one interval of BALANCE on each side; complete each mini circuit twice; there is NO REST.

WARM UP

Second Circuit
Super Slow Sprinters
Around the World Kicks
Side Reach Crunches

Third Circuit
Flying Fast Ups
Super Slow Toy Soldiers
