To celebrate my 51st birthday, I’ve chosen my favorite exercises to bring you a workout that’s moderate, yet challenging. We’ll be switching back and forth between walking and low impact cardio moves—with no jumping and no transitions to the ground.

SETUP:

Interval timer is set for 30 seconds of WALKING and 30 seconds of other LOW IMPACT cardio exercises; complete the circuit twice; there is NO REST.

WARMUP

EXERCISES:

  • Forward Hinge Arm Flappers
  • Front Punch High Knees
  • Push Push Crunch
  • Tricep Curldowns
  • Curtsy Jacks
  • Reach Across
  • Butter Churns
  • Alley Oops
  • Middle Skips
  • Ding Dongs

FINISHER:

High Knee hold with High Curls; one interval on each side
