Today’s focus🔍 is on endurance, but don’t let that word scare you!  Let’s face it; LIFE is an endurance🔋 game of MOVING FORWARD and STAYING ACTIVE. Manageable routines like this one are ideal👌 for women of a “certain age” who want to lose weight and feel amazing.

What’s in store🏪? Mini circuits!  Plenty of steps (over 2000)!  And Blossom🐶 shenanigans!
