It’s the beginning of a glorious new week, and that means I have a glorious new workout for us! 🙂 Here are the FAST FACTS: Level THREE | All Standing | Low Impact Cardio | 200 calories
This 20 minute LOW impact, MODERATE intensity, HIGH satisfaction workout is perfect for you if you’re trying to lose weight! Why? Because we’re doing just enough work to burn about 200 calories, but not so much that we can’t workout again tomorrow. This is the kind of exercise that you can do CONSISTENTLY, and get fantastic results!
While we’re working out, I’ll explain in detail about how your body releases weight and what conditions work best, but for now… take my word for it and let’s go!
