We’re going FIVE POUNDS DOWN every four weeks in 2022, and today we’re powering up🔌 with a strength workout that’s perfect for WEIGHT LOSS & fitness gains at any age👍!

In This Workout:

SET UP:
Timer is set for 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete the upper body circuit twice, followed by the lower body circuit twice.

WARM UP

Upper Body Circuit
Letter Xs
Curling High Knees
Front Raise Side Raise
Split Stance Front Push
Split Stance Flies
Side Kick Press Ups

Lower Body Circuit
Oblique Crunches
Squat Kicks
Curtsy Punches
Triangles
Deadlifts
Front Kick Twists

FINISHER (a set on each side, then repeat):
Front Kick Back Kick Punches
