This information was EYE-OPENING TO ME 👀. But when I think about self-worth, goal-setting, and the challenges that many of us face when it comes to these issues, I can totally relate. The thought that WE AREN’T DESERVING OF OUR GOALS is actually the thing that stops us from achieving them!

It’s true. The reason many of us aren’t able to realize our dreams is that we fill our head with opinions about ourselves that SIMPLY AREN’T TRUE. These untrue thoughts can lead to SAD EMOTIONS, AVOIDANCE OF ACTION, and the result of NOT GETTING WHAT WE WANT. But what if you could flip those negative thoughts into constructive ways of thinking? 💡
