Quickly, here are the FAST FACTS about this workout: Level FOUR | :50/:10 intervals | 6000 steps, BURNS 250 – 300 calories
We’ll be running for 40 minutes. For some of you, that might not be enough time to squeeze in the whole 5k distance, and for others, you might get all the way up to 4 miles! No matter how far or fast you go, I’ve got all the tips you need to make it your best time!
This workout is TOUGH, make no mistake about it! I’ve got the handy-dandy Gymboss set for :50/:10 intervals and a full explanation at the start of the video on how you can make them work for YOU to run (and possibly walk) for 3.1 miles.
