  1. Oh my gosh. Thank you Pahla. Some of what you talked about was covered in the Noom course I did, but the bits about the interrupted model and turning back to the original model were new to me.

    I have identified one of my models (the thing I can’t handle) as fear of pain. Pain from chronic migraines has dominated my adult life and I have definitely comforted myself because of that fear (and dread and sadness). So, I’m not sure how I should approach living with that fear since it is so directly tied to pain? Yes, I know I can live through it. Is that all there is to it? The sadness about living with pain is huge. But I know I can live through it. I can handle it. But that doesn’t mean I don’t want to comfort myself with a cookie!

    How would you approach this? How would you do the work? I’m not sure where to begin replicating that fear.
